Mr. Jasbir Singh Bajaj

Mr. Bajaj is a former officer of the Indian Administrative Service (I.A.S.) from 1987 batch Tamil Nadu Cadre with very strong academic background and more than 3 decades of
administrative experience in Governance both in Central as well as State
Governments.

He is our legal expert with two Masters in Law (LL.M. from Indian Law Institute, the top institute conducting legal research exclusively and Master of Business Laws, MBL from the top ranking law school of India NLSIU, Bangalore) besides the Bachelors (LL.B.) Degree from Delhi University, a management expert with two Masters in Management (M.B.A. in International Business from IIFT and Master of Marketing Management, MMM) and a Master in Public Administration. He has more than 15 years of experience in Government liaising and protocol with extremely strong net working at all levels of Government set-ups in his capacity as Resident Commissioner (the Ambassador) of Tamil Nadu at New Delhi.

He has created a niche for himself as an Internationally Accredited Civil / Commercial Mediator with Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), Civil Mediation Council (CMC), UK and ADR ODR International, UK, a distinction which only a few, whose number is in just double digits, possess in India.

Former Police Officer from Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) with about 5 years experience in investigating white color crimes.
