Sh. P.K. Bhardwaj has worked in various capacities in Delhi Police viz. Additional DCP/East, DCP/East, DCP South West etc. He joined as FRRO Delhi in 1999 and remained there till August 2001. On promotion as Joint Commissioner, he remained in Immigration from September 2001 till 2005. In August 2012 he took over as Commissioner, Bureau of Immigration and took BoI to new heights. In May 2018 he was promoted as Additional Director.
Joined Delhi Police as Special Commissioner, Training and subsequently retired on June 30, 2019.
Sh. P.K. Bhardwaj is an accomplished officer and a very good sportsman as well. He has also served as Secretary, All India Police Sports Control Board. Under his command Indian Police Contingent got many laurels in national and international arenas.
